The Apex is a rechargeable LED headlamp from the "Apex" series from Princeton Tec. This headlamp is equipped with a very bright LED Maxbright and four Ultrabright LEDs, which can be activated depending on the brightness. When using the Maxbright LED, the Rechargeable Apex has a brightness of 275 lumens and a range of 120 metres. This lamp operates on Li-Ion battery which can be attached easily on to the headband, but also it can be attached via an extension to your trousers or belt. The Priceton Tec Apex Rechargeable gives you a whopping 10 year warranty.

A torch or headlamp with the specification IPX-7 is submersible. This means that the product will not be damaged when it is immersed upto a depth of 1 metre for 30 minutes. This means, that the torch or headlamp can even be used in water activities such as swimming or on a boat trip.
