The Anden has a Vibram sole. Thanks to the Spo-Tex lining, the shoe is not only waterproof but also breathable.
Category B/C
The hiking shoes in B/C are suitable for the rugged landscape and are recommended for hiking with a heavy backpack. The boots have a higher and firmer shaft than the walking shoes in category B, allowing the ankle to be better supported. The boots also feature a stiffer sole, meaning you are less affected by the ground. However, for a real rocky walk, we recommend the hiking boots from category C.
